🌿 Organic Certification & Products
Yes, absolutely. Every single product sold on NZ Wellness Market is USDA Certified Organic. We do not sell any conventional produce whatsoever. Each of our 50+ farm partners undergoes annual third-party certification audits, and we maintain copies of all current USDA organic certificates on file. You can request a certificate for any product by contacting our customer support team.
USDA Organic certification means a product has been grown and processed according to strict federal standards: no synthetic pesticides, no synthetic fertilizers, no genetically modified organisms (GMOs), no irradiation, and no sewage sludge. For livestock products, it also means no synthetic hormones or antibiotics, and animals must have access to the outdoors. These standards are enforced by accredited third-party certifiers and backed by the full force of federal law.
Yes. USDA Organic certification prohibits the use of genetically modified organisms. All of our products are non-GMO by definition. Many of our products are also independently verified by the Non-GMO Project for additional peace of mind. We believe food should be grown the way nature intended β€” with no genetic engineering.
We have a 48-Hour Harvest Guarantee β€” all produce ships within 48 hours of being harvested. We work directly with farmers rather than through wholesale distributors, which eliminates the cold-storage delays common with supermarket produce. Most of our customers report their deliveries arriving significantly fresher than anything they can find at their local grocery store.
Yes! We strongly believe in seasonal eating and our product selection reflects what's growing across the US at any given time. Our "Seasonal Produce" category is updated weekly as new harvests come in. We send email alerts to subscribers when exciting seasonal items β€” like spring asparagus, summer peaches, or fall squash β€” become available. Sign up for our newsletter to stay informed.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Yes! We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii, though Alaska and Hawaii orders may take an additional 1–2 business days and may incur a small additional shipping fee. We currently do not ship internationally. All orders are shipped from our distribution centers in California, Texas, and New York to minimize transit times across the country.
Standard shipping (2–4 business days) is FREE on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat $6.99 shipping fee applies. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available for $14.99. Same-day delivery is available in select cities (San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and Houston) for $19.99 on orders placed before 10 AM local time.
Standard shipping typically takes 2–4 business days from the date your order ships. Express shipping takes 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM EST on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
We use 100% compostable insulated boxes with plant-based ice packs that keep produce at optimal temperature (34–38Β°F) for up to 48 hours in transit. Our packaging is specifically designed for fresh produce and has been tested in summer temperatures across all US climate zones. If your order arrives warm or damaged due to packaging failure, we will replace it immediately at no charge.
Yes. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date from a calendar showing available windows in your area. You can schedule up to 4 weeks in advance. This is especially useful for planning around special occasions, vacations, or regular weekly deliveries. You can also set up recurring weekly or bi-weekly deliveries with a 10% subscription discount.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant payment systems. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Gift cards are also available in denominations of $25, $50, and $100.
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, before it enters the picking and packing stage. To make changes, log into your account and go to "My Orders," or contact our customer service team immediately at orders@freshfarmmarket.com or (888) 555-0100. After 2 hours, orders may already be in preparation and cannot be modified, but you can still return items upon delivery.
Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for restaurants, schools, hospitals, corporate wellness programs, and other businesses that purchase $500+ per month. Please contact our wholesale team at wholesale@freshfarmmarket.com with details about your organization and estimated monthly volume. We'll respond within 1 business day with a custom pricing proposal.
Yes! Our Farm Fresh Subscription saves you 10% on every order, plus you get priority customer support, early access to seasonal items, and a free gift on your birthday. You can choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery frequencies and customize your box contents at any time. There's no commitment β€” pause or cancel anytime with no fees.

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not completely happy with any item in your order β€” for any reason β€” contact us within 30 days and we'll issue a full refund or replacement, no questions asked. For fresh produce quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly. We take every quality complaint extremely seriously.
Please email photos of any damaged or poor-quality items to returns@freshfarmmarket.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll issue an immediate refund or ship a replacement at no cost β€” typically within 24 hours. We use these reports to improve our quality standards and work with our farm partners to prevent recurrences. Your feedback genuinely helps us get better.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 1–2 business days on our end. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement. PayPal refunds are typically instant. If you don't see your refund after 7 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

No, you can check out as a guest without creating an account.
